Advance work nobody misses
Every rider is built differently. Turning it into a usable list means searching, retyping and cross-checking – for every single show.
30 pages, one stage plot
Requirements are scattered across text, tables and drawings. Pulling them together eats up valuable time at every show.
Small stuff that is missing on show day
XLR cables, stands, DI boxes, towels: anything only mentioned in the input list or the fine print is easily overlooked.
Contradictions show up too late
Page 2 says four monitor mixes, the input list says six. Finding out at load-in is a problem.
Three steps to a finished list
Upload
Upload the rider as PDF, photo or text – multi-artist riders included.
Review
GigTract sorts everything by department, links each item to its source in the rider and flags contradictions and open points.
Hand out
Pick list for the warehouse, shopping list for catering, question email for the artist and a spreadsheet export for your own planning.
What you get
One rider in, five working lists out. Take a look:

The important things first
- Key data and contacts at a glance
- Allergies and dietary needs highlighted
- Contradictions and missing documents with page reference
- Follow-up question ready to send – in the rider's language and in German

Channel by channel
- Microphone, stand and +48 V per channel
- What the promoter has to provide: cable, stand or both
- XLR cables and stands are counted from it – not estimated

Ready for the warehouse
- Check-off list sorted by department
- With your logo and signature
- Spares and emergency kit as a separate section
- Save as PDF or print directly

The shopping list writes itself
- Drinks, food and consumables with quantities
- When and where they are needed
- Original wording from the rider for checking
- Hospitality and dressing rooms included

Right there at load-in
- Runs in the browser – nothing to install
- Filter by department, status and who provides what
- Set status: open, requested, confirmed, missing

PA, monitoring, microphones, lighting, video, backline, power – each marked mandatory or optional, and who provides it.
Cables and stands counted
Calculated from the input list instead of guessed, including which channels need phantom power.
Catering and allergies
Shopping list with quantities. Allergies and dietary needs are shown right at the top.

Set your own spare quantities. They appear separately from the rider on the pick list.
